Enter Zone 1 for a circuit based strength program. This small group training class sculpts every muscle group while keeping your heart rate up for maximum calorie burn.

Strength Fusion

Combing cardio, strength, and stretch for the ultimate workout. Strengthen and tone using body weight and resistance equipment, while cardio is weaved throughout the program before taking it down to the floor for core work. Each move is fuelled by the music, working a new muscle with every song.

Lift Like a Girl Classes

Lift Like a Girl

Lift Like a Girl is a training series designed for women only. With a maximum of 6 people, this small group format allows for individualized attention as you learn to master the basic movement patterns and lift. Focusing on elements such as exercise selection, weight selection and learning proper form, this ongoing series will take you through your progressions and beyond.
