Come to Free2be Wellness for a Family Day Hangout on February 16th!

  • Teens are welcome to train with you
  • Younger kids can hang out and play supervised, staying active in Zone 3 during your class
  • No childcare stress. No missed workouts.

This is a registered workout, not an open gym.
Spots are limited so the coaching stays tight and the space stays comfortable.
